Blueberry Rose Geranium Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2oz Blueberry Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Our Stone Hollow Blueberry Vinegar has all the essentials to make the most delicious salad dressing! Just add your favorite oil! This homemade vinaigrette should keep 1-2 weeks in fridge. Hearty greens like kale and spinach can tolerate more vinegar while the tender greens like spring greens or Bibb lettuce hold better with less vinegar.

Method

Stir well with a small whisk or a fork until the ingredients are completely mixed together.

Serve immediately or cover refrigerate for future use.

Let sit out for 5 minutes before use if it solidifies under refrigeration.
