Stone Hollow Cannery is an award-winning artisan food company. We create handcrafted jams and pickles using local, pesticide-free fruit from family farms. Our jams and pickles are made with all natural ingredients and feature the best seasonal produce from our region. Our passion is transforming locally grown, farm fresh fruit into an artisan product while supporting our local farmers.
Canning and preserving foods has been a family tradition carried over for generations in the Dailey/Stone Family. Our jams, jellies, preserves, and pickled items are 100% handmade. We process and prepare all of our fruit by hand. Many times, we pick up fruit the same day, or the day after it was picked, to make our preserves, jams, and jellies with. Our jams are made in small batches in French copper kettles and typically take a few days to create.
