We are excited to announce that the highly requested 'Dahlia Intensive' course is back by popular demand! Join us on Sunday, August 24th, or Sunday, October 8th, 2023, for an immersive experience led by Deborah Stone & Alexandra Stone Flowers of Stone Hollow Farmstead. In these day-long classes, you'll learn the art of growing dahlias, whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out on your floral journey.
In this workshop, Deborah & Alexandra will share their extensive knowledge of tuber selection, planting, care & maintenance, and dealing with pests & diseases. Furthermore, they will delve into the methods they employ to ensure healthy growth and achieve the vibrant blooms grown at Stone Hollow Farmstead.
But that's not all – Alexandra will also demonstrate flower preservation techniques and guide you in arrangement & tablescape design to add that special touch to your floral creations.
To ensure you have everything you need, all supplies will be provided, and we'll treat you to a delightful lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Additionally, you'll each receive a copy of our exclusive educational notebook on Dahlia growing & care – a valuable resource to carry with you on your floral journey.
