Kumquat Jalapeño Marmalade


We use the whole kumquat in our specialty marmalade that brings together the tartness of this citrus darling with the sweetness of pure sugar. Take one bite and you’ll swear you’ve been transported to Old Florida, minus the mosquitoes of course. This variety adds the tempered heat of fresh jalapeños for a little unexpected kick.

Suggested Use | Spread chèvre on sea salt crackers and top with kumquat jalapeño marmalade
