For the bath: Fill the tub with comfortably warm water and turn off the faucet. Scatter the desired amount of oil across the water’s surface and gently disperse with your hand.

Massage a small amount over the upper torso and shoulders if desired. Cup your hands near your face, breathe in gently, and settle into the bath.

For the shower: Apply a small amount to damp skin after cleansing. Massage over the chest, shoulders, arms, and legs, then rinse lightly or leave a small amount on the skin according to preference.
