While many popcorns pop into a light butterfly shape, Mushroom Popcorn opens into a fuller, circular piece, much like the top of a mushroom. Larger and crunchier than our Baby White and Yellow popcorns, this variety has a neutral flavor and satisfying texture that makes it especially good for caramel corn, chocolate coatings, glazes, infused oils, and seasoned salts.
