As we venture into this week's harvest, we are delighted to share a complimentary array of flavors that will bring smiles to your loved ones' faces. From the tiny, sweet bursts of currant tomatoes to the aromatic ramp pesto and the rich, caramelized notes of roasted garlic, our kitchen is brimming with ideas.

OKRA

Harvested from Stone Hollow Farmstead, this okra is fresh, firm, and ripe. The okra is excellent for Southern dishes like gumbo or can be simply fried or sautéed for a delicious side dish.

CURRANT TOMATOES

These sun-ripened gems, known for their tiny-sized dimensions, bring a tart, sweet explosion of summer flavor to salads, salsas, or just as a snack on their own.

RAMP PESTO

An aromatic blend of wild ramps, basil, and other fresh ingredients. This delicious, handcrafted pesto from Stone Hollow Farmstead adds a unique twist to pasta, sandwiches, or grilled vegetables.

ROASTED GARLIC

The garlic from Stone Hollow Farmstead has been slow roasted to perfection, making it soft, sweet, and spreadable. It adds depth and richness to any dish, be it a simple garlic bread or a gourmet risotto.

EGGS

Gathered fresh daily from free-range hens, Stone Hollow's eggs are rich in flavor with deep yellow yolks. They’re perfect for your morning breakfast, or any baking needs.

HINKLE's BREAD

Locally sourced and baked by Hinkle's Bakery, this bread has a perfectly golden crust and soft, fluffy crumb. It's ideal for sandwiches, toast, or as a side with any meal.

GRANDVIEW OYSTER MUSHROOMS

Cultivated at Grand View Farm, these oyster mushrooms are known for their delicate texture and mild, savory flavor. They're perfect for sautés, stir-fries, or grilling.

HABERSHAM TOMATOES

From Habersham Farms, these tomatoes are vine-ripened and bursting with flavor. Use them for your salads, sauces, or enjoy them on their own with a little salt and pepper.

HAMM FARMS BELL PEPPERS

Hamm Farms provides fresh, crisp bell peppers. Their green and red bell peppers offer a sweet crunch that can be eaten raw, stuffed, roasted, or added to stir-fries.

PENTON FARMS CHILTON COUNTY PEACHES
