Week Seven | Holiday-Inspired Blooms and Delicious Produce

Hello, CSA Members! We are thrilled to bring you Week Seven of our Summer CSA! This week’s box is filled with delightful produce from our farm and friends, including green onions, garden carrots, wild blueberries, currant tomatoes, and more.

Stone Hollow Farmstead Currant Tomatoes

With the 4th of July approaching, it's a short week for us as we celebrate this important holiday. Independence Day is a time to reflect on the values of freedom and community that bind us together as a nation. We hope you enjoy the time with family, friends, and, of course, delicious food. Our flower coolers at FarmStand are stocked with holiday-inspired bouquets and arrangements, perfect for your celebrations. We also have single stems and buckets available for those who prefer to create their own decorations. The dahlias are in full bloom and available at The Flower Shop within FarmStand all week and on Saturdays. Don’t miss out on these beautiful blooms to brighten up your festivities!

On the farm, our garden teams are working hard to harvest the summer crops as quickly as possible, while our kitchen team is busy canning and fermenting our award-winning culinary goods. Our herb gardens are in full swing, with beautiful herbs being harvested and distilled weekly for our skincare line. It's a bustling and productive time here at Stone Hollow Farmstead!

As we continue to manage the summer harvests, we are already looking ahead to our Late Summer CSA. Keep an eye out for the email about this 8-week CSA that goes into fall, filled with even more delicious produce. We hope you join us for another season of fresh, local goodness!

We hope you enjoy this week’s box! Thank you for being part of our CSA family. Happy cooking, and we hope you are have a beautiful holiday weekend.
