The shift from spring to summer is starting to show in every corner of the farm — the air is thicker, the days are longer, and the harvest is beginning to reflect that summer glow. This week’s CSA box is a beautiful blend of spring holdovers and early summer arrivals: crisp arugula, sweet spring onions, and tender topped petit turnips are paired with Southern-grown patty pan squash, zucchini, and snap beans. It’s a share that’s begging for a grill, a skillet, and a little outdoor gathering.
