LADY PEAS | Grown by our farmer friend in Chilton County, these tender and flavorful lady peas are a true Southern gem. Their delicate texture and nutty taste make them a perfect addition to summer salads or succotash.

OKRA | Also from Chilton County, our farm partners cultivate this beloved Southern staple. Okra is known for its unique taste and versatility. You can enjoy it fried, pickled, or in a delicious gumbo.

Habersham Farms delivers vibrant and flavorful heirloom tomatoes. These tomatoes are carefully selected for their rich colors, diverse shapes, and exceptional taste. They are the epitome of farm-fresh goodness and will elevate any salad, sandwich, or pasta dish.


SEEDED BREAD | Baked by the talented hands of Cory Hinkle, our bread is made with love and dedication. Using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques, Cory crafts artisanal loaves that are crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Each bite is a testament to the craftsmanship and passion that goes into creating this essential staple.

Love Light Farm brings us an assortment of colorful and flavorful summer squash varieties. From zucchini to pattypan, these versatile vegetables are perfect for grilling, sautéing, or incorporating into your favorite recipes.

Squash Croquetts

  • 6 Small Yellow Squash, stem and bottom removed (or zucchini)
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Vidalia Onion, chopped 
  • 1 cup Crushed Saltine Crackers (more if required to get the squash to come together)
  • Herbs (your choice of cayenne, parsley, dill, rosemary etc)
  • Grated Cheese of your choice (optional) 
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • Cornmeal

- Slice squash and onions and boil in broth or water for 5ish minutes until tender.

- Drain Well.

- Mix squash, onion, egg, crushed crackers salt, pepper, and herbs together. Mix well.

- The mix should hold together so that you can make patties. Sprinkle patties with cornmeal.

- Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet.

- Add patties to hot oil and fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot. 


If you still have some of your Ramp Pesto from previous CSA, add a dollop of yogurt and some mashed avocado to your ramp pesto and mix throughly. Serve with the croquettes and enjoy!

CARROTS | Our very own Stone Hollow Farm takes pride in growing these vibrant, sweet, and crunchy carrots. Packed with nutrients, they make a perfect snack, add a pop of color to your salads, or can be roasted to bring out their natural sweetness.

FLAT LEAF PARSLEY, BABY GREEN ONIONS, & FRESH GARLIC | These aromatic herbs and spices are grown on our farm. They are meticulously cultivated to ensure the finest quality and flavor. The flat leaf parsley adds a refreshing note to your dishes, while the baby green onions and fresh garlic infuse your culinary creations with a burst of freshness and complexity.

RASPBERRY PRESERVES | Made with ripe, juicy raspberries grown on our farm, these preserves are bursting with natural flavors. Spread them on toast, use them as a filling for pastries, or drizzle them over your favorite desserts for a delightful berry sensation.

FRESH HEN EGGS | Our free-range hens produce these eggs that are truly a cut above the rest. Their vibrant yolks and rich flavor are a testament to the hens' healthy and natural diet. From fluffy omelets to decadent baked goods, these eggs will elevate your culinary creations.

FRESH CHEVRE GOAT CHEESE | Made from the milk of our own goats, our fresh chèvre cheese is a true delight. Its creamy and tangy flavor pairs perfectly with salads, crackers, or even as a spread on toast. The artisanal process and the passion we put into making this cheese shine through with every bite.
