"There are precious things you can't pack and take with you, like the all-pervasive fragrance of honeysuckle." - Catherine Marshall

This recipe for Honeysuckle Simple Syrup uses foraged wild honeysuckle in a sweet simple syrup that is perfect for cocktails, iced tea, lemonade, and more!

Honeysuckle is very present in our area in April and May. We wouldn’t miss foraging these special florals for anything. We even brave collecting them while wearing snake boots when conditions require.

We love infusing Tito’s vodka with them!!!

But for our clients we offer this simple and delicious simple syrup.

Try to use as a sweetener for tea, drizzle over Ice cream or goat cheese!!
