Persimmon Preserves

Once autumn’s first persimmons ripen, we get to work preserving them with sugar, lemon, cinnamon and cardamom. These flavors are the perfect pairing to pork chops and anything with savory rosemary.

We personally love to top Deborah's 'Cathead Biscuits' with these warm spiced preserves.
