Details
  • Size: 6-cup (brews approx. 270 ml / 9 oz).
  • Material: classic aluminum moka pot with ergonomic handle and knob.
  • Stovetop use: suitable for gas and electric; for induction, use with a Bialetti induction plate adapter.
  • Safety: features Bialetti’s patented safety valve (easy to inspect and clean).
  • What it makes: strong, espresso-style coffee (not the same pressure as espresso machines).
How to Brew
  • Fill the bottom chamber with water up to the safety valve (do not cover the valve).
  • Insert the funnel and fill with finely ground coffee (moka-pot grind). Level it, don’t tamp.
  • Screw on the top firmly, then place over medium heat.
  • When coffee begins to flow, keep the lid open if you like, remove from heat once the stream turns pale and you hear the signature gurgle.
  • Pour and enjoy as-is, or add steamed milk for lattes and cappuccino-style drinks.
Materials & Care

Care: let the pot cool, then disassemble and rinse thoroughly.

  • Rinse with hot water after each use; dry all parts completely before reassembling.
  • Avoid the dishwasher, which can alter the surface of the moka pot.
  • Check and replace the rubber gasket as needed for a tight seal.
  • Store with the lid open or loosely assembled once fully dry to prevent trapped moisture.
Good to Know

“6-cup” refers to traditional small demitasse-style servings. For best flavor, use fresh coffee and moderate heat, slow and steady brewing keeps the cup smooth and balanced.
