See how to prepare here.

Variety Comparison | Ladyfinger Popcorn is the smallest kernel of all the popcorns in our Heirloom Popcorn collection and therefore produces a smaller popped product.

Pairing | These delicate pieces of popcorn pair well with butter and salt, or a kettle corn style recipie. Due to the small size of the Ladyfinger variety we do not recommend the air-popping method for this kernel. We offer a variety of infused salts and oils that can all be used to add additional flavor profiles to your popcorn experience.

History | In 1849, a man named Ebenezer Emmons expressed great interest in a delicate variety of popcorn that he named "Lady Fingers." He considered it the best type of popcorn available at that time. Seed experts theorize that Lady Fingers popcorn seeds originated in South America, since it is quite similar to the popcorn of Argentina and Paraguay.

Our popcorn kernels are Non-GMO, Kosher certified, and Gluten free.
