Description

Our Pickled Seasonal Onions bring bright, savory flavor to everyday meals with very little effort. Made with the freshest onions of the season, these pickles are available in two styles: thin, mandolin-sliced red onions in an 8 oz jar, or whole baby Vidalia onions in a 16 oz jar. The sliced red onions are crisp, colorful, and easy to layer onto burgers, tacos, sandwiches, salads, and grain bowls, while the whole baby Vidalia onions offer a beautiful, classic bite for cheese boards, relish trays, cocktails, and Southern-style suppers. Both are lively, versatile, and made to add just the right amount of acidity, crunch, and onion sweetness to the plate.
