When the asparagus start to come in at the farm of our friend Farmer Hab in Mentone, Alabama, we ask him to send us all he can. Not only do we love sharing these in our weekly CSA offerings but we pickle aplenty. No bar cart or tailgate party is complete without a jar or two of these on hand.
